Who is Sarah Silverman? She's a comedienne who's been slowly building a fan base over the last decade, appearing on Saturday Night Live and in supporting roles in films like "School of Rock". The important thing to know about Sarah Silverman is that she wants to make you think about the things that offend you. While she's at it, she also wants to make you laugh. Or maybe she just wants to say really offensive things about race, religion, politics, and sex and then clear the air by saying "just kidding".
You'll be able to judge for yourself in this unique stand-up comedy film based on Silverman's stage routine. In addition to her monologues, Silverman appears in various musical numbers and goofy comedy skits. Through it all, Ms. Silverman draws a line in the sands of good taste and then runs roughshod over it in a hummer fueled with the stem cells of the innocent. --EH |
